Papa Maguette Gningue (born December 25, 1985 in Ngor , Dakar ) is a Senegalese national soccer player.

Career

Gningue started his career in the youth of ASC Yeggo Chaden. In spring 2003 he moved from the reserve of the ASC Yeggo Chaden to the Division 2 team Yeggo Foot Pro. In January 2008, Gningue then signed a contract with Casa Sports in Ligue 1 , but moved to Sharks FC in the Nigerian Premier League in the summer of the same year . In spring 2010 he returned to Senegal and signed a second time with Casa Sport in Ziguinchor .

International

In January 2013 Gningue was appointed to the Senegalese national soccer team for the first time and celebrated his A international debut on January 15, 2013 against the Chilean national soccer team . Since then he has been a back-up goalkeeper for Khadim N'Diaye in the national team.
