Parade pillow

A parade pillow is a larger pillow with embroidery or other decorations lying on the actual pillow for decoration .

Even if the parade cushion is rarely used in modern everyday life, the term is known to many through the following counting rhyme :

Peter shit in bed

straight on the parade pillow,

Mother saw it

and you have to go
