Paraheraldry

The heraldist understands paraheraldry to be the representation of symbols that give the appearance of a heraldic coat of arms . This imitation is widespread in the advertising and product industries. Also use schools , clubs , the military and other institutions sometimes slightly different coat of arms in order to use them for their own business goals. Here, small deviations in color or details are made in order to circumvent legal provisions cost-effectively. For this purpose, many federal states and municipalities have derived their original coat of arms , including the flag, as a stylized emblem for use by everyone and regulated their use. An example is the state logo in Bavaria .
