Park Plaza Hotels Limited is a subsidiary of the Radisson Hotel Group . It owns, operates and franchises hotels in 56 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The hotels are mainly managed under the brands Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and art'otel .
Art'otel has six hotels in Germany and Hungary. The group owns 35 hotels with almost 7,000 rooms, including the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, one of the largest hotels in the city. Park Plaza Hotels shares are listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange ; the company has offices in Amsterdam , London and Berlin .

Park Plaza Mandarin Eindhoven was founded in 1989 . Park Plaza Viktoria Amsterdam on 1993 to the group. In 1999 the first hotel opened in Great Britain. Park Plaza Hotels introduced a new logo and brand in 2001. In the same year two hotels opened in London. In 2002 a strategic marketing and reservation alliance was concluded with Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Park Plaza Belfast opened in 2004 and Park Plaza Cardiff, Park Plaza Riverbank London and Plaza on the River opened in 2005. 2006 saw the takeover of two new art'otels in Germany and the opening of Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin. Park Plaza Hotels went public in 2007 in London AIM. Park Plaza County Hall London opened in 2008 and Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London and art'otel cologne opened in 2010.
