f Comparative value 2017: result of the Free Democrats (FD)
The 2018 parliamentary elections in Armenia took place on December 9, 2018. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan , who came to power in spring 2018 as a result of the Velvet Revolution , resigned for new elections on October 15, 2018. The My Step Alliance won the election with a landslide victory and achieved a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly .
