The Partido Regionalista de Cantabria ("Cantabrian Regional Party ", PRC for short) is a Spanish party . The regional party from Cantabria belongs to the political center.

history

Since the end of the Franco dictatorship , the PRC has been continuously represented in the regional parliament, with votes ranging between 7% (1983) and 29% (2011). It was represented in coalitions with the PP or PSOE in the regional government from 1995 to 2011 and was the prime minister of the region from 2003 to 2011. Since the regional elections in 2015 , in which it was the second strongest force with almost 30%, it has once again provided the Prime Minister of Cantabria in a coalition with the PSOE.

In the Spanish parliamentary elections in 2019 , she moved into the House of Representatives for the first time with one seat . With 52,197 votes (0.2%) it was the smallest party in terms of the number of votes that succeeded.
