Party Rent
The Party Rent Group is an outfitter for the event industry, represented in nine countries at 24 locations and with around 1000 employees. In addition to Germany, France and Luxembourg, the brand is also based in Scandinavia, Austria and Switzerland.
Company orientation and history
Party Rent rents materials such as porcelain, glasses, cutlery, tables, chairs and lounge furniture for use at events. In this context, the term non-food catering is also often mentioned. The company was founded in 1992 by Joris Bomers, it operates as a GmbH & Co. KG and has also acted as a franchisor with various individual GmbHs since 2001. This approach serves the strategic development by independent entrepreneurs at locations in Berlin, Bocholt, Bremen, Dortmund, Cologne / Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Kassel, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Wels, Vienna, Arnhem, Nice, Paris, Luxembourg, Basel, Copenhagen, Oslo, Malmö and Stockholm.
structure
Operationally, the following two areas differ within the organization of the Party Rent Group: planning or administration and the company's own logistics department. Sales tasks, advising customers on product selection and renting out the entire portfolio are handled through the offices. Other employees are employed there in the field, in project management, in key accounting and in tour planning as well as in marketing and interior design. The employees of the logistics department in the Party Rent Group deal with the picking and packing of the tours, the control of the material and the assembly and dismantling on site. In our own workshops, carpenters, upholsterers, electronics technicians and specialists in material preparation also ensure the quality of the rented material.
Industry associations
The Party Rent Group is represented as a member of various associations and organizations. Party Rent acts as a partner of EVVC, FAMAB and degefest. Party Rent is also an advocate within and for the event industry. There is a competence partnership with the Best of Events trade fair. In this context, the company's founder Joris Bomers is involved as a member of the advisory board in the development of the trade fair. In 2010 the Party Rent Group was one of the founding partners of the Location Awards and a 10-year partnership with the industry award Caterer of the Year is listed.
Awards
The Party Rent Group won the Catering Star in Gold (1st place) from the industry magazine Catering inside in 2008, 2010 and the Business Diamond 2011 in the Service category.
