Patbingsu

Patbingsu (also short Bingsu or Bingsoo ; Hangeul : 팥빙수 ) is a dessert of Korean cuisine .

Patbingsu consists of adzuki bean paste (pat), ice shavings and other ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk , fruit syrup, various fruits such as strawberries, kiwis or bananas, small pieces of tteok (rice cake), pieces of jelly, cornflakes and grain powder ( 미숫 미숫 ). It's often topped with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
