Patent och marknadsöverdomstolen
The Patent och marknadsöverdomstolen , or PMÖD for short , is the higher court for patent and trademark law in Sweden. It was founded on September 1st, 2016. It examines complaints against decisions of the Patent och marknadsdomstolen (Patent and Trademark Court ), or PMD for short . Christine Lager is the chairperson. In the long term, the seat is to be in the Stenbockschem Palais in Stockholm .
