Patrick Dunne
Patrick John Dunne (* in Dublin ) is an Irish television director , producer and writer .
Life
Dunne first studied literature and philosophy, then was active as a musician and performed a musical with Celtic themes with his band . He has worked as a director and producer on Irish radio and television for over 20 years.
In 2000 he published his first novel Die Keltennadel (original title: Days of Wrath ), with which he was able to conquer the bestseller lists not only in his Irish homeland, but also in Germany . His debut was followed by the two titles Das Maya-Ritual ( The Skull Rack ) and Das Keltengrab ( A Carol for the Dead ), has now published seven detective novels and is one of Ireland's most successful authors
