Patrick McKinley Brennan

Patrick McKinley Brennan (* 1966 ) is an American legal scholar.

Life

He earned a BA in Philosophy with Honors and Honors from Yale College , an MA from the University of Toronto, and a Juris Doctor from Boalt Hall .

He arrived in 2004 as the first holder of the John F. Scarpa Chair in Catholic Legal Studies at the Villanova University , where he teaches constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law and political theory. He was previously Professor of Law and Vice Dean of Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University , where he taught for eight years.
