Paul Orfalea

Paul Orfalea (born November 28, 1947 in Los Angeles ), whose curly, red hair inspired his nickname "Kinko", founded the US copy shop Kinko's . Today he is a visiting professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara .

In 2005 Orfalea wrote the book Copy This! Lessons from a hyperactive dyslexic who turned a bright idea into one of America's best companies . The English title refers to his problems with hyperactivity and dyslexia , which he describes as "learning opportunities" because he was forced to go his own authentic way, which ultimately led to the American top company Kinko's Copyshop with over 1000 branches could develop.

Orfalea is married and has two sons. His father is from Lebanon .
