Paul from Tella
Paul von Tella ( Syriac ܦܘܠܘܣ ܕܬܠܐ ; died after 617) was a Syrian Orthodox bishop of Tella .
He created a Syriac translation of Origen's Hexapla around 615/617 . This translation is still important today for the textual criticism of the Bible.
