Pauliina Rauhala

Pauliina Rauhala (born April 21, 1977 in Siikajoki , Finland ) is a Finnish writer .

Life

Pauliina Rauhala studied at the University of Oulu and worked in Oulu as a Finnish teacher. She made her debut as a writer with Taivaslaulu in 2013. The story of a young mother who is expecting twins after four children and who feels overwhelmed by it was welcomed by critics and the audience. The book had a sold circulation of 40,000 copies. Among other things, Rauhala was awarded the Thank You-for-the-Book Medal and, especially because of many Christian topics, also for the Christian Book of the Year.

Rauhala lives in Oulu with her husband and their three sons .
