Paulius Vazniokas

Paulius Vazniokas (* 1978 in Alytus ) is a Lithuanian manager.

Life

After graduating from high school, Paulius Vazniokas completed a bachelor's degree ( business administration and management ) from 1996 to 2000, and a master’s degree (finance and banking) at the Faculty of Business and Management at Vytautas-Magnus University Kaunas (VDU) from 2000 to 2002 and from 2002 until 2006 law (specializing in commercial law ) at Vilnius University . From 2006 to 2011 he did his doctorate at the VDU on the subject of "Assessment of Corporate Governance Systems of Listed Companies in the Baltic States".

From 2000 to 2002 he was head of the commercial real estate department at UAB "Ober Haus", from 2002 to 2004 director and real estate project manager at AB " Panevėžio keliai ", from 2004 to October 2007 CFO and administration manager at UAB "Realtus". Since October 2007 he has been director, board member of UAB " Scaent Baltic " and director of economics at AB " Inter RAO Lietuva", since 2009 board member of UAB FMĮ "Orion Securities".
