Paulo Cunha
Paulo Arsénio Veríssimo da Cunha (born September 1, 1908 in Lisbon ; † December 16, 1986 ibid) was a Portuguese legal scholar and politician.
Career
Cunha was full professor of public law at the University of Lisbon and its rector from 1962 to 1965.
From 1950 to 1958 he served as Minister for Foreign Trade in António Salazar's cabinet , from 1950 to 1956 he was also Portuguese Foreign Minister .
He is the father of the legal scholar Paulo Pitta e Cunha .
