The Peder Skram (F352) is a former frigate of the Danish Navy with a displacement of 2,755 t and a length of 112.65 m. It was named after the Danish naval hero Peder Skram .

The ship entered service in 1966 and decommissioned in 1990. It was one of two ships of the Peder-Skram class, the sister ship was the Herluf Trolle (F353) . The two ships were the largest ships in the Danish naval forces when they were active. The Peder Skram is now a museum ship . It is permanently in the Copenhagen naval station on Nyholm. The ship gained notoriety among the general public through the accidental launch of a Harpoon rocket in 1982, which destroyed or damaged a number of weekend homes in Northwest Zealand.
