Penetration test

A penetration test is:

  • In network technology, a method to determine security vulnerabilities, see penetration test (computer science)
  • in medicine, an examination to clarify sterility, see sperm penetration test
  • In technology, a safety test for accumulators in which the casing is pierced in order to provoke an internal short circuit (often referred to as a nail test)
