Perätsjärv (järv = lake) is a natural lake in Kanepi in Põlva County on the Estonian mainland. The village of Karste is 2.1 kilometers away from the one-hectare lake and 52.9 kilometers away is the 3555 km² Lake Peipus (Peipsi-Pihkva järv).
