The permanence ( permanence , opposite impermanence ) describes the written or electronically recorded sequence of the numbers in roulette . In relation to a fixed gaming environment or to the roulette player, one also speaks of table permanence or personal permanence .

The permanence is offered in some casinos as a permanent booklet or a simple printout for purchase. Casinos such as those in Bremen , Duisburg , Wiesbaden , Hamburg , Dortmund , Berlin and the Saarland casinos also offer permanent online free of charge.

Due to the calculation of probabilities and in particular the law of the infinity of permanence , no profit-promoting information can be obtained from the permanence at a correctly functioning roulette table.
