Peter Hely
Peter Graham Hely (* 1944 - October 1, 2005 in Paris ) was an Australian lawyer and federal judge at the Federal Court of Australia .
Peter Hely has been a federal judge at the Australian highest court since 1998.
Hely died of a heart attack at a conference in Paris.
Peter Hely is Australia's fourth federal judge to die in 2005, after Graham Hill , who was found mysteriously in August 2005, and after Bradley Selway , who died from a heart attack in April 2005, and Richard Cooper , who died after surgery in March 2005.
