Peter Keßler (organ builder)

Peter Keßler (born May 19, 1843 ; † unknown) was a German carpenter and organ builder.

He passed the journeyman's examination as a carpenter in February 1864. In organ building he has to be described as an autodidact. In 1867 he founded the organ building company Peter Keßler in Kisselbach . Works:

The company went bankrupt in 1873.

Around 1889 there was a Keßler & Schmitz organ building company in Mutscheid near Münstereifel. In May 1891 the Keßler & Uhlendorf organ building company was founded in Kisselbach. It existed until 1895.

Organ structures by the companies Keßler & Schmitz and Keßler & Uhlendorf have not yet become known.
