Peter Koppes
Peter Koppes (born November 21, 1955 ) is an Australian guitarist, songwriter and singer.
He started out as a drummer and pianist, but soon switched to guitar. In the early 1970s he played in various bands, where he met the songwriter Steve Kilbey , with whom he founded The Church in 1980 . Apart from the 1994 album Sometime Anywhere , he was involved in all of the group's records.
In addition to his work with The Church, he published several solo albums and participated in numerous collaborations.
