Peter Spaenhoven
Peter Spaenhoven (born March 18, 1963 in Wilrijk ) is a former Belgian cyclist .
Spaenhoven was a professional from 1989 to 1998. He achieved his first major success in 1990 when he won the one-day race Schaal Sels Merksem . In 1996 he was successful at the National Sluitingsprijs . 1997 can be regarded as his most successful year, as he won the Grote 1-Mei Prijs in Hoboken and also the GP Stad Sint-Niklaas . He won a total of 21 professional victories. He did not take part in large tours .
