Covered access from the rectory to the cemetery

The Pfarrhof Sankt Veit im Pongau is located in the south of the parish church of St. Veit im Pongau in the state of Salzburg.

The core of the building is a late medieval construction from the 13th century. After the parish church was destroyed due to the great fire of the market in 1334, an Augustin emergency church was set up here, which served temporarily as a parish church. On the second floor is the so-called baroque bishop's room with a magnificent stucco ceiling (around 1700) by the painter Benedikt Zöpf from Wessobrunn .

The building was redesigned in the middle of the 18th century and generalized in 1977/78. A covered entrance leads from the rectory to the cemetery and the parish church.
