Benedikt Zöpf
Benedikt Zöpf (* around 1710; † December 17, 1769 in Salzburg ) was an Austrian plasterer in the Rococo style .
Life
Benedikt Zöpf probably came from a family of artists from Wessobrunn in the Weilheim-Schongau district in Bavaria. His date of birth is unknown. Since no age is given in the entry of the parish of Mülln, the year of birth is also unknown. Stadtamhof near Regensburg was supposedly his place of birth or first place of work.
