architecture

Church exterior

The west hall church has an eastern facade tower. The simple rectangular building has a drawn-in, closed choir and an attached sacristy to the south. The facade with a projecting eaves cornice shows arched and circular windows and was somewhat structured by flat plastered fields and pilaster strips. The massive wooden gate wings show the cross trunk motif.

Church interior

The three-bay nave has groin vaults on pillar templates, the walls have struts and plastered areas, and the vault has stucco bands. The gallery is vaulted under the cross ridge on pillars and has a wooden parapet. The choir has a flat dome. The tower ground floor in the east has a domed vault as well as a flanking staircase and an anteroom.

Furnishing

The high altar shows a large-format picture of the Assumption of the Virgin by Josef Führich (1852). The two side altars show pictures by Leopold Schulz (1851), on the left the crucifixion group, on the right the risen Christ with evangelists and Judas Thaddäus.

The organ was built by Josef Ullmann (1867). Ferdinand Angerer (1778) cast a bell with the coat of arms of Prince Franz Josef Liechtenstein.
