Parish Church Nebersdorf
The Roman Catholic parish church of Nebersdorf is located in the village of Nebersdorf (in Croatian: Šuševo ) in the municipality of Großwarasdorf in the Oberpullendorf district in Burgenland . It is dedicated to the feast of All Saints and belongs to the Croatian dean's office in Großwarasdorf .
history
The parish was built around 1670 and renewed in 1816 after a fire in 1803. The current building dates from 1881. It was restored in 1969.
Architecture and equipment
The church is a simple building with a western facade tower with a pointed helmet. The choir is drawn in and closed flat. The church has three bays and is vaulted in the chancel . Most of the furnishings date from the time it was built, only a large wooden crucifix dates from the first half of the 19th century.
In front of the church is a Rococo tombstone of Johann Fabianisch († 1773).
