The parish church of St. Pankraz is a Roman Catholic church in the street village of Rastbach in the municipality of Gföhl in Lower Austria.

The church, consecrated to the ice saint Pankratius , is structurally connected to Rastbach Castle in the east and initially formed a castle-like complex with the castle as a castle church. The medieval churchyard wall is partly still there. Mentioned in a document in 1159, a branch of the vicariate of Meisling, the church was probably a parish church from 1256.

The church has a Romanesque and Gothic nave from the late 16th century, early 17th century and 18th century under a gable roof and a Gothic rectangular choir under a hipped roof and on the north side of the choir a massive Romanesque tower with coupled sound windows and a mansard helmet from the 19th century. On the east side of the tower is a small Romanesque round apse with a recent portal. In the south is a porch and a sacristy extension.

The nave has a flat ceiling with a stucco mirror from the 18th century and a wooden gallery on wooden pillars from the 19th century. Behind the round-arched triumphal arch is a raised choir with a needle cap barrel on a console from the late 16th and early 17th centuries. The tower ground floor is groin vaulted and has an apse conche. The ornamental stained glass is from 1935.

There are statues of Saints John Nepomuk and Francis Xavier from the second half of the 18th century. The high altar with picture frame retable in classicist forms shows the picture of Saint Pankraz by Franz Mayerhofer from 1868. The two side altars, on the left Saint Maria Immaculate and on the right Saint Joseph, are from the mid-19th century. There is a rococo pulpit.

The organ was built in 1889 by Max Zachistal and Franz Capek from Krems. Mathias Prininger cast a bell in 1691 .
