history

architecture

The church, which can be reached via a staircase, is a historicist new building with a slightly structured facade. To the north is the square tower with a pyramid helmet. The nave has a flat ceiling on pilasters, to the north of which is an elongated baptistery. The retracted three-bay choir with a 3/8 end with a stitch cap vault. The lintel of the south portal with the year 1862 is probably from the previous building.

On the north side of the choir, a two-storey rectory is built as a Franciscan hospice.

Furnishing

The interior view

The neo-baroque interior is from the construction period. The left side altar shows the picture Madonna by the painter Rotky (1898). Two pictures by the Styrian Nazarene painter Josef Tunner from the 3rd quarter of the 19th century are in safekeeping in the rectory.
