Phil Bennion
Phil Bennion (born October 7, 1954 in Tamworth ) is a British politician of the Liberal Democrats . From 2012 to January 31, 2020, he was Elizabeth Lynne's successor in the European Parliament in the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe .
As a member of the European Parliament, Bennion was a member of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and the Delegation for relations with the countries of South Asia . As a deputy, he was on the Committee on Transport and Tourism and in the Delegation for relations with the Palestinian Legislative Council .
