Philibert de Lavigne

Philibert de Lavigne (* around 1700; † around 1760) is a French composer of the Baroque period .

Little is known about his life, even the year of birth and death can only be given approximately. Philibert de Lavigne is said to have worked as Maître de Musique (music master) for the Comte d'Agen around 1730 and lived in Paris. He may later be at the court of Louis XV. been active.
