Philip Douglas is an American biathlete .
Philip Douglas of the West Coast Nordics took part in the 2008 North American Championships in Itasca . He finished 15th in the mass start and sprint, and 17th in the pursuit race, making it last in all three races. In the overall standings of the 2008/09 season in the Biathlon NorAm Cup , Douglas was with 54 points together with Jason Hettenbaugh 36. He was used in the two races at Whistler Olympic Park in Callaghan Valley , where he was tenth in the sprint race and ninth in the pursuit .
