Philip Olivier
Philip Olivier (born June 4, 1980 in Liverpool ) is a British actor whose best-known role was that of Timothy "Tinhead" O'Leary in the soap opera Brookside .
He played in several radio plays based on the television series Doctor Who by Big Finish Productions . In 2005, he was awarded a gold medal after starring on the reality show The Games , where he was superior to his opponent from start to finish.
