Computer science philosophy

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The philosophy of computer science is a branch of philosophy that deals with philosophical questions that arise through the study of computer science . This is not just about programming , but the full exploration of concepts and methods that support the development and maintenance of computer systems. According to Matti Tedre, there is still no general understanding of the content, aim, focus or subject matter of the philosophy of computer science, even though there have been some attempts in the direction of the philosophy of physics or the philosophy of mathematics .

The philosophy of computer science itself deals with meta-activity that is associated with the development of concepts and methods, i.e. with which the computer systems are implemented and analyzed.
