Pholidosis

The Pholidose (from the Greek. Pholidotos "scaled") describing squamation a reptile as anatomical feature for the Artzuordnung and for feature comparisons between different species in phylogenetic studies. Pholidosis plays a role above all in the taxonomic determination of scale creepers .
