The Piazza Marina is a square in the historic old town of Palermo near the old port.

Most of the square is taken up by the Giardino Garibaldi , designed in 1863 by the architect Giovanni Battista Filippo Basile . The square is surrounded by several historical palaces, including the Palazzo Chiaramonte , Palazzo Denti Fatta, Notarbartolo Greco and the Palazzo Mirto . The church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli is also located here. There is a weekly flea and antique market on the square on weekends.
