Pikenmetkow is an island in the Pacific Ocean that is part of the Federated States of Micronesia . Pikenmetkow is one of ten islands of the Sapwuahfik Atoll and lies between the islands of Wat and Utaluk. Northwest of the atoll is the island of Pohnpei .
