The Pininfarina Battista is an electric super sports car from Pininfarina , who developed and built the car in collaboration with the Croatian manufacturer Rimac Automobili . The model was created by the designer Luca Borgogno.
Furnishing
There are three variants of the vehicle available. In the first model variant, the Grigio Luserna Battista , the body is kept in a matt blue shade. The wheels are beige. Under the name Iconica by Automobili Pininfarina , the paintwork is deep blue, there are also modifications to the roof and the transition from the windscreen to the bonnet has been changed by elements made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The front fender is divided into two parts. The third model is painted in the color Bianco Sestriere. A red aluminum trim is fitted between the door and the sill , and the brake calipers are also red. The production model underwent further changes, including the air inlets on the front of the vehicle, the exterior mirrors and the bumpers . The battery range of the production model is now 500 kilometers instead of the previous 450 kilometers. The small, rectangular sports steering wheel is surrounded by two large displays.
history
The development of the Pininfarina Battista was supported by former Formula 1 driver Nick Heidfeld . The price of the vehicles, which are limited to 150 units, is 1.75–2.2 million euros. Production takes place in Turin , Italy .
In March 2020, the manufacturer presented the special Anniversario model, which is limited to five copies .
