Pissy is a district of Ouagadougou , the capital of the West African state of Burkina Faso .

Pissy is located in the west of the city in the arrondissement of Boulmiougou and includes sector 17 and the south of sector 18. Through Pissy, the national road 1 leads towards Bobo-Dioulasso . In the district are the Boulmiougou town hall, the headquarters of the ONEA water supplier and the Barrage de Boulmiougou reservoir to the west . Other facilities include the CMA de Pissy hospital and the Ciné Pissy cinema .
