[Paris, its suburbs and its surroundings with details of the villages, castles, large streets, forests, vineyards]) is a historical map of Paris and its surroundings from around 1730, which comprises nine pages of 57 × 38 cm. The royal engineer Roussel (16th to 1733) was responsible for the plan and gave it his name.

According to Alfred Bonnardot, the plan is remarkable for its accuracy and the beauty of its engraving. It is aligned with the meridians . In 1738 a new edition of the plan appeared on two pages.
