State government of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
The state government of the basis of the countries Law introducing country restored on 3 October 1990 Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Land Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania from the prime minister and the ministers .
Statutory Regulations
The Prime Minister determines the guidelines for government policy and is responsible for them. He manages the business of the state government in accordance with the rules of procedure . The prime minister is elected by the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . The ministers are appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister. The prime minister appoints a minister as his deputy.
