Pocoyo (Spanish Pocoyó ) is a Spanish children's cartoon series . It was conceived by the Spanish writers Guillermo García Carsí, Luis Gallego and David Cantolla since January 2005 and produced by Zinkia Entertainment from 2005 to 2016. The program is aimed at children of kindergarten age. In German-speaking countries, the program can be seen on the television station KiKA , or more precisely, on KiKANiNCHEN .

action

Up to 2010 three seasons with 52 episodes each were produced, in the fourth season from 2016 with 26 episodes. The running time per episode is about seven minutes. The series revolves around the eponymous cartoon character Pocoyo, a little boy with a blue cap and blue suit. He is accompanied through his adventures by his following, almost exclusively animal friends. Pocoyo's peculiar and exaggerated types of movement are unmistakable. The world is also special, because it has no background or it is simply white and objects important for the plot suddenly appear in the middle of the "nothing".

characters

Pocoyo

Pocoyo is the main hero. He is wearing a blue cap and a blue suit. Often times he is very cheeky and gleeful. Because of his age, he is still very inexperienced and curious about the world. Pocoyo is 4 years old and his birthday is on October 14th.

teller

The narrator - spoken in the German version by Ilja Richter - talks over the entire episode and sometimes intervenes in the plot himself by talking to the characters and including the children.

Snooze beep
