Pollution

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Pollizisation is a hand surgical operation method for simulating a thumb ( lat. : Pollex ). The thumb can be partially or completely lost due to a congenital defect, surgery ( tumor surgery ) or injury .

Another finger (most often the index finger ) with the existing supply of blood vessels, nerves and tendons can be used for pollution. Another possibility is to restore the vascular, nerve and tendon function using microsurgical technology. In this case you can use a different finger or a toe from the foot.
