On the page PortableApps.com (in German - portable applications ) there is the program management PortableApps.com Platform (until 2007: PortableApps.com Menu ) for Windows with a menu for portable software , also called PortableApps here , in the form of .paf.exefiles available for free download.

During installation, the platform is first unpacked into the PortableApps directory on a selected drive. The .paf.exefiles extract themselves into subdirectories after being called. Normal portable applications can also be integrated into the platform by copying them into a subdirectory and are displayed in the menu.
