Pou is a mobile game for smartphones and tablets that was developed by Zakeh and can be downloaded as a free app . There is also an almost identical version for Windows Phone smartphones called Mou .
Gameplay
Pou is a small alien who needs to be fed and cared for much like a Tamagotchi . There is a status display for Pous Hunger, Health, Fun and Energy. The aim of the game is to keep these values as high as possible in order to make Pou happy. This is done by the player providing Pou with food, giving him potions, playing games with Pou, or putting him to bed. Each of these activities is assigned to an area in the house in which Pou lives: a kitchen, a bathroom, a laboratory, a playroom and a bedroom. There is also a hall, a garden, a playground and a garage.
Pou doesn't like being fed just one meal. Hummer has the greatest saturation value at 50 percent. If you feed Pou a chili pepper, it will get sick.
In order to be able to buy food or magic potions, coins (English for "coins") are required, which can be obtained by playing mini-games (e.g. Sky Jump , Food Drop , Pou Popper etc.), cleaning Pou or the Watering flowers can be accomplished. This money can also be used to purchase new flowers for the garden, items of clothing for Pou or wallpaper for the various rooms.
The more the player plays with Pou, the faster it grows from baby to adult. Different "levels" and different goals can be achieved (e.g. been clean 100 times) in order to unlock special items for purchase with coins. It is also possible to communicate with other users of the app and to play multiplayer games . This contact is possible without using other networks or apps.
