Embossing

The embossing Align is a manufacturing process from the group of the depression of the for -pressure forming counts.

When embossing, two tools are used on which there are elevations that are arranged in a grid . The usually very thin workpieces are placed between the tools and then pressed by them. It is used to straighten (straighten) workpieces that have warped. The grid can also reduce internal stresses .
