The Praktica LLC is a reflex from the Praktica series of the manufacturer VEB Pentacon in Dresden . It is one of the L-series models and was manufactured from December 1969 to December 1975. The camera was the world's first single -lens reflex camera (SLR) with TTL exposure metering with open aperture and electrical aperture value transmission. The designer was Rolf Noack. The camera was manufactured 176,697 times. The first L in the name stands for steel lamella slot shutter , LC for light concentrator. This camera was manufactured in high quality as Hanimex Practica TTL, also for export.
