Prestwich Medal
The Prestwich Medal is a Geological Society of London award for geology. It is usually awarded every three years. It is named after Joseph Prestwich , who donated the award in his will.
The price is not linked to nationality or gender. It is associated with a gold medal. According to the regulations, the prize money could also be used for other purposes if it was not awarded.
