Prithvi
Prithvi Bir Bikram Shah Dev (born August 18, 1875 - December 11, 1911 ) was King of Nepal from 1881 until his death . He was the grandson of his predecessor Surendra and also grandson of the long-time Prime Minister Jang Bahadur Rana (1816–1877).
The biggest events during his reign include the introduction of automobiles in Nepal and the establishment of water and sanitation systems in the country. Under his rule, Nepal was recognized as a sovereign state for the first time.
